Perhaps if the Xombi tpb which comes out next month sells well, DC will consider it. I recommend writing DC and letting them know that you'd like to see it collected, and to see it return as a series. Fan input does have an effect on decision making by the publishers. The recent Xombi revival happened because of fan demand.

I would love to return to Midnight, Mass. if the opportunity were to present itself. I had a lot of stories planned for that series which i'd still like to tell. I'd be happy to return to both Vertigo and the DCnU at any time. It's a matter of finding the right project. I have developed some new projects for DC, but can't say anything further at this time. It's simply too early. I'm hoping it's sooner than later, but any new series takes months to get up and running.John Rozumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03626209473214085436noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13190497.post-88519065769604613252012-01-07T23:05:05.333-05:002012-01-07T23:05:05.333-05:00Any chance of Midnight Mass being collected as a t...Any chance of Midnight Mass being collected as a tpb? Would you ever consider returning to that title at Vertigo, or doing anything for Vertigo period? Will we see you doing anything for the DCnU sooner than later?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13190497.post-82632524755673817222012-01-06T13:02:29.102-05:002012-01-06T13:02:29.102-05:00Michael -- No resolutions from me. I resolve to send out the cards & toys from last year. (Did I promise you anything? Maybe a Godzilla postcard?)Michael Joneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01455879088769484151noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13190497.post-39316633321555883992012-01-02T13:43:41.192-05:002012-01-02T13:43:41.192-05:001. I've always been envious of people who are able to write novels by writing for 15 minutes at a time while waiting for food to cook, or waiting in the car for their kids they're picking up.

I can't work like that. If I start a project I like to just barrel ahead until it's finished. To do that, I need to be able to completely immerse myself in it to the exclusion of anything else. So, for me to write a novel I'd need a large enough chunk of time where that was the only project I was working on. Hopefully I'll have that luxury sometime.

2. It's still too early to say. At the moment I'm concentrating on writing that I'm doing for a project outside of comics altogether -- but I can't say what that is either.John Rozumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03626209473214085436noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13190497.post-5345855202722382062012-01-02T09:02:15.534-05:002012-01-02T09:02:15.534-05:00Hi Mr Rozum.
