Here's Dr. I.Q. Hi, Secretary of the Stratosphere, the man who sent Duck Dodgers out to secure illudium fosdex, the shaving cream atom, in "Duck Dodgers in the 24 1/2 Century."

I don't know if anyone else ever noticed, but "Stratosphere" is spelled wrong in this cartoon. On the background outside of I.Q. Hi's office, it's spelled "Stratospere."

Of course, the stratospere could actually be something discovered between now and the 24 1/2 Century, much like illudium fosdex, which is not on any of our current periodic tables of the elements.
