Hi John, With your upcoming Scooby drought coming on, I went ahead and ordered those 2 Detective comics with your groovy story on Ebay last night to get my Rozum fix, hopefully the listed issue numbers were correct! On an unrealated topic, like the final Scooby-Doo! comic came out today with Daphne in the cover bubble, so lucky Fred never did have to appear in that silly orb (zoinks).
Thanks, pal! I appreciate that. When in doubt there's a visual archive of my comic book work to the right under Links. It's still incomplete since I've overrun my available free space on flickr. As soon as I get around to upgrading I'll continue to build it up, but it's still a pretty good resource of all the work I've done.
I don't know why they never got around to Fred. I remember asking, but the book ended up changing hands and it was never purposefully addressed. I was hoping for a complete set of the characters.
I was pulling for good ol' Fred to be in the Scooby cover bubble for the first year or so, by the time 2 then 3 years went by it was like so entertaining to see the lack of Fred respect that I mostly enjoyed him never appearing. I do wonder if many folks even noticed. Back on topic the Detective comics arrived in the mail today so I'll have something to read tonight. It's pretty groovy they put your name on the cover of those. I'm thinking maybe X-Files next...
