Like any good night of trick or treating, mine is not the only house to stop at. Here is a list of all the (confirmed) neighbors participating in this year's Halloween Countdown. Please don't soap their windows, or toilet paper their trees. Stop by, take a treat from them, and leave them one in their comments bucket as well.
If you are missing from this list, please let me know and I will add you. Likewise, if you'd like to be removed, I'll do the same, but then I won't have any control over whether or not your windows get soaped. Many of you will be wondering what? Where's Secret Funspot? Sadly, Kirk will not be joining us this year. His computer lost an argument with an electrical storm, so he was unable to do any prep work, and says he's looking forward to merely being an observer this year. I suspect though that he won't be able to stay out of it for long, so stop by his place and ring the doorbell anyway.

It was a bit of work, Shawn, but I really like the idea of turning the whole notion of a Halloween Countdown into something of a community effort rather than a bunch of isolated folks stumbling into each other in the dark. Who knows how much other cool stuff we're missing out on because we don't know it's there.
