31 Days of Halloween - Day 18

The yard haunter (and interior house haunter) I want to bring special attention to is Dave Lowe. I've been a fan of Dave's work since I came across his blog a couple years back. As most of you following this year's countdown no doubt know Dave is not only an active participant, but very enthusiastic with his projects and very generous in showing everyone just how they were done. Every one of his DIY projects is incredibly cool, and as he often mentions, does not require deep pockets, a degree in engineering or audio animatronics to pull off.

Each year I look forward to seeing the end results of his mad bursts of creativity and this year is no exception. (When can we see that crashed saucer?) His yard haunts grow more elaborate and also more tied together thematically each year as his skills, and number of completed props grow. This year, not only do we have his finished yard haunt to look forward to, but we have his niece's Halloween party to look forward to as well.

With his busy schedule, he even manages to post an almost daily cartoon sure to please any fan of this season.

Boils and Ghouls, please give a big round of applause to Dave Lowe!
