One of my most popular posts from last year's countdown showed some of the creepiest houses to appear in movies. I thought I'd contain a follow up this year to some more movie houses that exemplify the spirit of the holiday. These houses require no decoration to get them ready for Halloween. They're also not likely to see to many tick or treaters.
Click on any house to view it larger. If you dare.
The Wolf Man (1941)
Dracula (1992)
The Orphanage (2007)
The Vampire Lovers (1970)
The Vampire Lovers (1970)
Drag Me to Hell (2009)
Young Frankenstein (1974)
Dracula - Prince of Darkness (1966)
Kiss of the Vampire (1963)
The Ghost of Dragstrip Hollow (1959)
The Comedy of Terrors (1963)
Dark and Stormy Night (2009)
The Ghoul (1933)
The Ghost in the Invisible Bikini (1966)
Note that the castle in Dracula - Prince of Darkness and Kiss of the Vampire is the same miniature shown from different angles.
