Opening Tonight
The "Postcard Correspondence" show opens tonight at Gallery 1988 (West). Lots of original art will be on hand as well as very affordable postcard reproductions. Scroll down to the previous post to see my own contribution to this show which will be available both as the original, and in a signed limited edition of 50 postcards. On Exhibit at the Zissou Society Aquarium
I created the above piece from cut paper for the "Postcard Correspondence" show which opens at Gallery 1988 this Friday. The image depicts the Crayon Ponyfish from The Aquatic Life of Steve Zissou and is meant to be a souvenir that could be purchased at the gift shop of the Zissou Society Aquarium.
Both the original piece, and a limited run of 50 signed and numbered, as well as very affordable, postcard reproductions will be available at Gallery 1988 once the show opens.
"Postcard Correspondence" opens at Gallery 1988: West, 7308 Melrose Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90046, on Friday, March 20, 2015 from 7:00 - 10:00 PM and runs through April 4, 2015.

Postcards

Ask Me Anything #47
Today is the first Monday of the month which means it's time for "Ask Me Anything."
You can ask me any questions you'd like, whether it's about my work, opinions, influences, favorites, least favorites, or anything else you think I might have an answer for.
