Ask Me Anything #42




As always, the first Monday of the month means it's time for "Ask Me Anything."


You can ask me any questions you'd like, whether it's about my work, opinions, influences, favorites, least favorites, or anything else you think I might have an answer for. Questions can be posted in the comments section below, and I'll either answer them there, or in a separate post sometime later in the month.

If you could celebrate Halloween in any country aside from the U.S. of A., what country would it be, where specifically IN the country, and why?

I'd choose Ireland. I don't know where specifically, but probably somewhere rural, since they have such a rich tradition of ghosts and supernatural beings and because so much of Halloween came from there.

Otherwise, I would choose a city in Japan. They have nothing to do with Halloween, but have started taking a liking to it, much like other American culture, and I'm curious to see what they do with it.

Ha! You do know my wife is from County Cork, don't you? We spent a few nights driving around the Wicklow Mountains in the dark, and man, the dark there is DARK. Creepy!
